After this period, unpaid orders will be canceled. The fees for these operations are borne by the BiletLaTeatru.ro customer. Please specify the name and order number paid on the copy of the payment document. The order number is found in the "Place your order www.BiletlaTeatru.com" e-mail automatically received for each valid order.

After you place your order on the site, you can pick up tickets from one of these points within 3 calendar days of placing the order based on the name and order code. The order code is found in the "Place Order" e-mail and in the SMS automatically received in the case of a valid order.
