The musical play Păcală and Tândală, adapted from the famous Romanian jokes, is a show that cheers you up, a dynamic comedy, full of lessons, whose protagonists are the two mischievous heroes of Romanian folk jokes, known for their cleverness, well hidden under the mask of naivety, simplicity and humor. We wander with them through the beautiful world of the Romanian village, with traditions and customs, with picturesque characters, with dances, songs, witty words and unheard-of events.
The bond between brothers is not easy to translate into words. Therefore, the show Păcală and Tândală aims to show us how two brothers cross the obstacles that life puts in their way more easily, because they have each other. From childhood games to the emotions caused to parents, to the inevitable maturation, everything is easier when you have a brother in arms.
The adventures of the two protagonists are dressed in the guise of folk-inspired music and dance. The cheerful and lively moments intertwine with those of sensitivity, creating a story, equally funny and tender. It is a show that cheers you up, a dynamic comedy, but also full of lessons.
