National Operetta Theateră and Musical „Ion Dacian" invites you to a premiere: Cantafabule — Symphonic Rock Concert, a show that brings the electric rock world face to face with the splendor of the symphony orchestra, in a fusion designed to give the album all the grandeur that its music has always carried in it.Launched in 1975, the first double album in the history of Romanian rock, was from the very beginning an act of courage, an artistic vision, a precedent and a masterpiece that has resisted all hierarchies. Voted the best Romanian rock album of all time, Cantafabule could not be dethroned even after fifty years since its appearance.
The musical material of this production's is signed by Josef Kappl — the bassist of the legendary Phoenix band and composer, along with Nicu Covaci, of the original album.
