Three composers, three different styles, in a single chamber music concert.

The program brings together works by Beethoven, Dvořák, and Piazzolla. The evening explores how chamber music transcends centuries and styles without losing its emotional intensity. The program moves through Viennese classical music and Argentinian tango.

On piano, Alina Bercu, a Romanian pianist based in Germany, has performed on stages such as Carnegie Hall, Wiener Musikverein, Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, and the Romanian Athenaeum, alongside orchestras like the Vienna Philharmonic or the "George Enescu" Philharmonic. Her career is marked by international awards, including First Prize at the "Steinway & Sons" International Competition in Germany.

On violin, Alexandru Marian, concertmaster of the Radio Chamber Orchestra and former concertmaster of the "Oltenia" Philharmonic in Craiova, has established himself as one of the most prominent young concertmasters in Romania, with solo tours in China, Germany, and South Korea.

On cello, Bogdan Postolache, principal instrumentalist of the National Radio Orchestra since 2000 and guest principal cellist of ensembles such as Thunerseespiele (Switzerland) or Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne, brings to the stage extensive concert experience, built over more than two decades of collaborations with prestigious European orchestras.

On December 6, the three will take the stage of the Romanian Athenaeum together, in a program dedicated to Beethoven, Dvořák, and Piazzolla — an encounter worth experiencing live!
