In the heart of the woods, a land steeped in mystery and magic, unfolds a
story as old as time. Here, mythical places and characters from
ancient legends descend from the pages of forgotten history, weaving the past
and present into a fascinating musical.
In this dual universe, good and evil clash in the eternal battle
for supremacy, and both heroes and mythical creatures step
beyond the known boundaries to carve out their own destinies.

"I have always been fascinated by the forest, both in stories and in reality.
And I love dragons.
So, I was excited about the proposal to write a text for a
musical based on Romanian fairy tales.
I reread some of them and realized that the secondary characters,
about whom we don't learn much, interested me more than
Făt Frumos, Greuceanu, or Harap Alb. Who, by the way, seemed
quite boring and predictable.
We always know only part of the story: the one where a prince fights
and wins against dragons.
But a story always has multiple versions. And I chose to tell
the one of the secondary characters." Elise Wilk
