“Queen Mother”
A wonderful text. Is it a comedy? Yes. Is it also a drama? Yes. Is it theater? Is it life? It remains up to you to decide. A mother and a son. Two generations, two worlds, but one unique Universe. There is a lot of love and tenderness in their Universe, there are lights and shadows, conflicts and reconciliations, jokes and accusations, regrets, emotion, and bursts of laughter... Does it sound familiar? Doesn't it sound like LIFE?
I am very happy to meet again with Marius Manole in a new project.
Always a pleasure to be on stage with him. He is a perfect professional, an artist, and a wonderful person.
The whole team that makes this show is a joy.
So: Ladies and gentlemen, we invite you to the THEATER, to enjoy together a piece of life!
P.S. I kind of ❤ you, Marius!”

“I can hardly believe this is happening. A wonderful text that has made history. Two characters who, beneath the mask of toughness, hide an incredible vulnerability. At this stage of our lives, it is much more convenient for us to be aggressive, to attack, to be on a war footing.
It is almost shameful to say “I miss you,” “thank you,” “I love you.” We shy away from showing our weaknesses – with friends, with colleagues, even with our parents. But love doesn’t stand aside; it comes upon you even when you run from it.
The great joy is the (re)meeting with Ms. Oana Pellea. I have been wishing for a long time to find a text for us to act in, to play, because that’s what we’ve been doing since we met. We like it. Challenging each other, surprising each other, speaking when we are silent and laughing a lot. I hope we will perform this show for many, many years. That also depends on you, the audience. I can’t wait! May it be in good order!”
