Actors Adriana Trandafir, Gabriel Fătu, Ion Ionuț Ciocia, Alexandra Apetrei / Maria Claudia Vasile, Vlad Corbeanu, and Mihai Munteniță turn this wonderful play into: liars deceived... deceivers deceived... tangled entanglements... in a word, a sparkling comedy, played at a brisk pace. Dramatic moments are also present, where plans, sewn with thread much too thin, lead to the unraveling of all relationships in Minister Iorgu Vasiliu's house. With mad decisions motivated by blind love, suspense driven by death threats, and a police inspector who steps in at the right moment to try to unravel a mystery, only a Fool is needed for "Our Mistress from the Ministry" to also become a Crime Comedy.
