It's a show about the crisis that almost all couples go through at least once in their life. If it's well known that the "middle age crisis" manifests in men at 40, it's still being discussed for women. At 30, at 35 or at 43.

To be with the "worst in class" wife, to be caught by the crisis at 40 with a million euros in the account or to be abandoned because you are too kind-hearted, are the problems faced by our characters caught in three paintings: at 29, at 40 and then at 43 years old. In the cast: Leonid Doni, Andreea Mateiu and Octavian Strunila. Written and directed by Octavian Strunilã.

In "Men at 40, Women at 43", Leonid Doni is the class clown! That type of character who, at the risk of making a fool of himself, tried every day to do something funny just to be noticed. We find him now, more than 10 years after graduating high school, unchanged. Just as lonely and just as funny! He hasn't found the right girl yet, but he has hope!

Andreea Mateiu in our story, is the woman married to the successful man, full of money and with a multitude of mistresses. At the age of 40, the husband falls in love with a "23-year-old girl" and leaves her in the lurch with two children and without any career. She feels the ground slipping from under her feet and looks for a solution to put order back into her life. With a lot of humor and self-irony she manages to take, in the end, control of the situation!

Octavian Strunila is “a lawyer in the biggest trials in this country”, as he boasts, and lives intensely every moment, consuming the most expensive drinks in the company of the most beautiful women. He is a victim of the midlife crisis, he realizes this and savors it to the fullest! He is a scoundrel but he assumes that. Life, however, gives us more surprises than we can imagine and our hero is overwhelmed by a totally unforeseen situation and full of overflowing humor!

The minimum age for access to the show is 12 years old!
